Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund 

  • Products purchased from Iwoke are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. 

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

  • Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the product page for specific refund eligibility. 

2. Non-Refundable Items 

  • Customized or personalized items. 

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear. 

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation. 

3. Process for Returning Items

  • Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item. 

4. Shipping Costs 

  • Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). 

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

5. Refund Processing 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 

6. Late or Missing Refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company.

7. Exchanges 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with the details. 

8. Damaged or Defective Items 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
